The E-commerce Growth Specialist role at Moneris is a dynamic position that requires a unique blend of business acumen, sales skills, and technical knowledge. As an integral member of the National Sales Centre team, you will be accountable for driving revenue growth, account retention, and client satisfaction for newly onboarded e-commerce merchants.

This challenging yet rewarding role involves managing new merchant accounts within the first 30-60 days to achieve customer retention, revenue growth, and satisfaction targets. You will provide internal sales demos as a subject matter expert, upsell and cross-sell solutions to enhance clients' value-added services, and develop strong relationships with SME clients to ensure long-term success.

As an E-commerce Growth Specialist, you will work closely with the sales teams, website creation team, and other general and specialized sales teams to drive e-commerce distribution through partnerships with RBC and BMO. Your role also involves providing thought leadership to merchants and internal stakeholders, leveraging your expertise in sales reporting, tracking, and consultative selling processes.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field, and 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, success management, digital marketing, e-commerce, website development, or payments. Industry knowledge of the payments market and various business models is an asset.
