Job Title: E-commerce Operations Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our team at SureWerx. As an E-commerce Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating our e-commerce websites, managing content updates, layouts, and visual elements within our CMS. You will also collaborate with teams to plan and execute digital campaigns, including promotions, product launches, and email marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update e-commerce websites
- Collaborate with teams to plan and execute digital campaigns
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Monitor site performance and analyze user behavior

Requirements:

- Proficiency in CMS platforms and basic graphic design tools
- Familiarity with Google Analytics GA4 and performance monitoring tools
- Experience managing small projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Strong customer engagement and troubleshooting abilities
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
