At Element Fleet Management, we're redefining the fleet management industry by putting people first. We're seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Client Success Specialist to join our team and help us deliver exceptional client experiences.

About the Role

We're looking for a talented individual who can build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, providing ongoing support and recommending cost-saving solutions to optimize their fleet productivity. As a Client Success Specialist (Fleet Partnership Services Partner), you'll work closely with internal teams to develop account strategies that meet our customers' needs and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies to meet customer needs and goals
  • Provide day-to-day account support, recommending cost-saving solutions and managing processes to optimize fleet productivity
  • Contribute to client retention and growth objectives
  • Work with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

  • BS or BA in business or related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
  • Must be fully bilingual in English and French
  • 2-5 years customer service or client account management experience (preferably in B2B service environment)
  • Proficiency in MS Office software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
