Leadership Development Program

Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a talented individual to join our Leadership Development Program. This two-year rotational program is designed to form a pipeline of talent and cultivate future leaders for RBC. As an Associate in the program, you will join one of five streams: Enterprise, CFO Group, CAE Group, Personal & Commercial Banking, or Group Risk Management.

Responsibilities

  • Each rotation will offer three specific, challenging goals.
  • You will have ownership and accountability from the first day in the program.
  • You will work on key initiatives and complex business issues requiring strategic thinking, innovation, and strong analytical skills.
  • You will have the opportunity to enhance your professional skills by completing four, 6-month rotations.

Requirements

  • Currently a master's level student who will graduate before the start of the program in January or July of 2025.
  • Three to seven years of professional and continuous work experience.
  • Proactive, take initiative, drive change and aim to provide solutions.
  • Self-managed with the ability to work independently, with little direction.
