Are you a leader looking to accelerate your career growth and develop your skills in a unique and dynamic environment? The RBC Leadership Development Program is designed to form a pipeline of talent and cultivate future leaders for Royal Bank of Canada.
Program OverviewThe RBC Leadership Development Program is a two-year rotational program that offers four, six-month rotations across various streams, including Enterprise, CFO Group, CAE Group, Personal & Commercial Banking, and Group Risk Management. This program is designed to provide you with the opportunity to enhance your professional skills, work on key initiatives, and develop an understanding of the importance of collaboration and leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Each rotation will offer three, specific, challenging goals.
- You will have ownership and accountability from the first day in the program.
- You will be involved in projects, key initiatives, strategic planning, data analysis, creating presentations, creating dashboards, and regular month-end or quarterly business-as-usual tasks.
- You will learn about the diverse, multi-faceted, global organization of RBC.
- You will have challenging opportunities to grow your career and broaden your knowledge of RBC.
- Currently a master's level student who will graduate before the start of the program in January or July 2025.
- Three to seven years of professional and continuous work experience.
- Proactive, take initiative, drive change, and aim to provide solutions.
- Self-managed with the ability to work independently, with little direction.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Confident yet humble; ready to learn & grow; open and receptive to feedback.
- Strong communication skills; willingness to speak up and listen to diverse perspectives.
- Positive and can-do attitude.
- Collaborative; team player.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and deal with constant change.
- Curiosity and a thirst for continuous learning and innovation.
- CFO Group: Advanced technical skills – Excel, financial modeling, Tableau, VBA & macros.
- Group Risk Management: Analytical with strong quantitative skills.

Please note that this is a full-time position located in Toronto, Ontario. Associates will be required to work in the office, the same cadence as their team.
