Program Overview

The RBC Leadership Development Program is a two-year rotational program that offers a comprehensive learning experience, allowing you to enhance your professional skills and develop your leadership abilities. You will have the opportunity to work on key initiatives and complex business issues, requiring strategic thinking, innovation, and strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, finance, management)
  • 3-7 years of professional experience in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving business results and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
