Your Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Leadership Development Manager to join our Talent and Culture Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders to identify leadership development needs and develop strategic solutions.
  • Designing and implementing leadership development programs that drive business results.
  • Building and executing a communication plan to promote leadership development solutions.
  • Consulting on firm priorities that include a leadership development and coaching dimension.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in leadership development.

Your Experience and Education

We are seeking an experienced professional with:

  • 8+ years of leadership development, executive development, and coaching experience in a fast-paced matrix environment.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing leadership development programs that drive business results.
  • Master's degree in Leadership Development or a related field.
  • ICF Accredited Coach Certification Program.
  • Change Management Certification Program or relevant experience.
