We are seeking a casual support worker to join our team, working on-call to cover full-time staff vacancies or absences. As a member of our team, you will provide daily support to residents, helping them develop a support network and achieve their recovery goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement residents' plans and assist with medication management
  • Report progress and maintain effective working relationships with community service providers
  • Contribute to a safe and respectful living environment, including cooking and cleaning duties
  • Establish linkages with other community service networks

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of community resources and service providers
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to respond to crises and urgent situations
