Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Bethesda. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to our clients.

Job Summary:

The Support Worker will be responsible for providing support and assistance to clients in various settings, including their homes and community locations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and assistance to clients in various settings, including their homes and community locations.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal care and household tasks.
  • Provide transportation to clients as needed.
  • Assist clients with accessing community resources and services.
  • Document client interactions and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a support worker role or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
