We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Yatin's Kitchen Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.
Job Summary:The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food preparation.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Order supplies and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Manage kitchen inventory and records to optimize food and supply usage.
- Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Recruit and hire staff to meet the needs of the kitchen.
- Organize and manage buffets and banquets to ensure exceptional customer service.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Food Safety Certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- 40 hours bi-weekly.
