Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Yatin's Kitchen Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen efficiency.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Recruit and hire staff to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
  • Organize buffets and banquets to provide exceptional dining experiences.
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
Requirements:
  • Fully qualified and experienced Executive Chef with a strong background in kitchen management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and train staff.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of quality and safety in food preparation and presentation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
