About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Boston Pizza. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement new menu items and specials to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and safety, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with our purchasing team to source high-quality ingredients and supplies.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure profitability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of success in menu development, kitchen management, and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
