We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Five Elements Cafe. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our menu offerings are of the highest quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute menus, including menu engineering and cost control
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Manage inventory and supplies
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Work Environment:

Our kitchen is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where no two days are the same. As an Executive Chef, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
