Strategic Knowledge Specialist

At Desjardins, we are looking for a highly skilled Strategic Knowledge Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis for 5 months. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and can make a significant impact.
About the RoleAs a Strategic Knowledge Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the training and skills development needs of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with needs analysis, training logistics, and delivery. You will also be responsible for quality assurance by sharing your expertise throughout the product/service delivery process. Additionally, you will serve as a technical expert and provide discipline-specific support for complex operational issues.
This position requires strong research and analytical skills to solve technically complex problems and recommend ways to improve processes and procedures. Specifically, you will:
- Serve as a resource person and provide technical support for complex operational issues
- Help evaluate training needs and identify valid training approaches, tools, and content
- Conduct specialized technical studies, research, and analysis, submitting solutions and action plans
- Roll out and maintain software and manual and automated processes, training users as needed
- Prepare technical notes to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members
- Assist practitioners in following our unit's standards and processes and utilizing our business solutions, tools, and systems
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- A base salary of approximately $85,000 per year
- 4 weeks of flexible vacation starting in the first year

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A general college diploma in a related field
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Advanced knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members, and/or clients
- Expert-level written French
