Workplace Education Manitoba is seeking an experienced Operations Assistant to provide administrative support to the Director of Operations, Northern Manitoba. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a consistent and engaging social media presence for the region, as well as providing support in the coordination of workshops and other programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Operations, including but not limited to:
- Receiving and sending electronic mail
- Arranging and preparing for meetings
- Recording and preparing minutes of meetings
- Creating, updating, and maintaining filing systems
- Monitoring and verifying operational costs
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in administration or administration certification/diploma
- Proven experience in maintaining social media posts on multiple platforms
- Demonstrated excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrated coordination skills
- Demonstrated numeracy skills, financial background an asset
