Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Road Range carrier. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including coordinating office services, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and preparing reports and correspondence.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records and coordinate with government agencies as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a team of professionals. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 30 to 35 hours per week.
