Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Security and Healthcare Technology Solutions Expert to join our Subject Matter Expert team in the Security and Healthcare Technology division. This role will strengthen our team by providing technical expertise in security and healthcare systems, including access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection.
Responsibilities- Installation and Maintenance: Design, assemble, service, troubleshoot, and maintain various electronic systems, including nurse call, RTLS, audio, video, paging, intercom, security/access control, telecommunications, and video surveillance.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a resource for project managers to assist with technical difficulties or issues related to security and healthcare technologies.
- Inspection and Estimation: Inspect potential project sites and provide accurate estimates of required equipment and time.
- Documentation and Training: Maintain and complete accurate as-builts and system documentation for projects. Train end-users on the operations of provided systems.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum 1-3 years of experience working in a similar role with technical expertise in security and healthcare systems.
- Certification in at least one of the following platforms: Genetec, Kantech, Lenel, Milestone, Ascom Telligence, GuardRFID, or Sonitor.
- Experience with integration and middleware engines in the security/healthcare product space, familiarity with SNMP, BACNET IP, MODBUS, and other platform-agnostic messaging protocols.
- Knowledge of various programming languages, including C#, Python, and T-SQL, as well as web-based technologies, protocols, and languages/mechanisms.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, skills, and overall match to the position offered.
