Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Dr. R. Rahman Medicine Professional Corporation.
Key Responsibilities:- Greeting and Directing: Greet patients, visitors, and staff, and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area.
- Information Provision: Provide basic information to clients and the public, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, appointments, and correspondence.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as ordering office supplies, scheduling appointments, and sending invoices.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills.
The Receptionist will work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
