Job Summary:The Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, clients, and visitors, while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere in our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet patients and visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Support: Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases, as well as perform data entry tasks.
- Communication: Relay information to patients, staff, and other stakeholders, and ensure effective communication within the office.
- Task Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, including scheduling appointments, sending invoices, and maintaining work records.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the administrative team to achieve office goals and objectives.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills.
The Receptionist will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and prioritize tasks effectively.
