Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on production progress and any issues that may arise.
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, and implement changes as necessary.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Train or arrange for training of workers to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Oversee the safety of operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Recommend personnel actions, such as promotions or disciplinary measures, as necessary.
  • Set up and maintain equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers to ensure efficient production.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5 years or more of experience in a production supervisory role.
  • Fluency in English or French.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
