Job Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at North Face Mechanical Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, planning and implementing recruitment strategies, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics and other information
- Respond to employee questions and complaints
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
- Maintain and manage digital database
- Prepare marketing plans
- Prepare and submit reports
