Job Title: Senior Kitchen Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Kitchen Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff and helpers to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we are always stocked and ready to meet demand.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure that the kitchen and work areas are clean and well-maintained at all times.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent cooking skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong leadership skills.
Working Conditions:
- Work Environment: Fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Physical Demands: Physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
