Job Title: Executive Chef

Pizza Rock is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality standards and presentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain inventory and records
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient operations
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Recruit and hire staff to meet kitchen needs
  • Organize buffets and banquets to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Manage kitchen operations to meet customer demands and expectations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Standing for extended periods and ability to work under pressure
  • Client focus, dependability, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player skills
Work Environment:

Pizza Rock is a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment. As an Executive Chef, you will be working in a kitchen setting with a team of experienced chefs and kitchen staff.
