Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Indraprasta Indidan Kitchen & Bar. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Estimate and manage food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
  • Analyze operating costs and other data to inform menu planning and kitchen operations.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, specialist chefs, and other kitchen workers.
  • Plan and execute menus, ensuring food meets quality standards.
  • Prepare and cook meals for special events and functions.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior culinary role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
