Your Opportunity: We are seeking a Claims Advisor to enhance our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service throughout the claims process. If you are a dedicated professional who values teamwork and customer satisfaction, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Claims Coordination: Manage the intake of new claims through various communication channels, ensuring accurate setup in our systems.
  • Reporting: Create and distribute First Notice of Loss (FNOL) reports promptly and maintain comprehensive records of all claims.
  • Client Advocacy: Serve as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers, providing guidance and support throughout the claims process.
  • Communication: Maintain regular contact with all parties involved in the claims process to ensure timely updates and resolution.
  • Documentation: Ensure all incoming correspondence is processed efficiently and accurately within established timelines.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in the insurance adjusting or brokerage sector.
  • Post-secondary education or relevant experience in customer service.
  • Possession of an Insurance Claims Licence and a willingness to pursue further qualifications.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of adapting to various software systems.
