Key Responsibilities:
  • Primary focus is on pre-testing patients before they see the Optometrist
  • Auto-refractor and NCT
  • OCT
  • Retinal Photos
  • Colour Vision
  • Secondary focus is on assisting other areas of the clinic as needed
  • Upholding excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem-solving skills

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing, preferably retail environment preferred
  • Previous optical experience is considered an asset
  • Passionate about customer service
  • A high level of comfort using technology and computers
  • A great communicator who can provide exceptional patient care
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
