Orchestry Software Inc, a pioneering SaaS company in the Microsoft 365 space, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for our direct sales channel.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in SaaS sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer value.

As the Director of Sales, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our sales strategy, expanding our customer base, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
  • Create and continuously improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance.
  • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.

Experience: 10+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
