About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled A&D Specifications Sales Representative to join our team at DMC Recruitment. As a globally recognized leader in the luxury interior finishing industry expands its presence in Canada, this role is pivotal in introducing architects and designers to a premium portfolio of products that have redefined the industry worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Development: Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-end specifiers, including architects, designers, and developers, who focus on luxury residential and hospitality projects.
  • Sales and Client Engagement: Educate architects and designers on new collections and designs, ensuring alignment with industry trends and the evolving needs of the design community. Drive sales through strategic visits to offices, construction sites, and the soon-to-be-launched Toronto showroom.
  • Strategic Focus: Collaborate closely with the leadership team to monitor market trends and execute the local marketing plan. Represent the brand at key industry events, expanding the product's reach and influence within the luxury design sector.
Profile:
  • A background in Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field, with a strong appreciation for luxury aesthetics and high-end products.
  • At least some experience in sales and project management, particularly within an environment focused on premium, value-added products.
  • Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills, with a client-oriented mindset and a keen eye for detail.
  • A networker with a passion for building long-term relationships in the luxury design industry.
