Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, chemistry, or engineering related field.
- Minimum 10 years of commercial experience in the mineral processing industry.
- 5+ years of proven experience in managing commercial personnel.
- Technical and market understanding of the mineral processing industry.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
