- This individual will also be accountable for achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 10 years of commercial experience within the mineral processing industry.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth.
- Strong technical understanding of the mining industry, including market trends and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in business, chemistry, or engineering-related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
