Key Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team in the Mining Group – Eastern Canada territory. As a key player in driving business growth, you will empower and inspire a sales team across Quebec and Ontario, while executing a strategic vision that shapes the future of the mining industry.
About the Role:- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business results
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share and customer relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and implement solutions
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive loyalty and retention
- Bachelor's degree in business, chemistry or engineering related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Minimum 10 years of previous commercial experience within the mineral processing industry
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management
- Strong technical and market understanding of the mineral processing industry
- Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
