About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Meat Department Supervisor to join our team at The David Sullivan Group of Companies LTD.-IGA#016. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our meat department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our meat department team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that our meat department is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to support business growth and decision-making.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a retail or meat department supervisory role
  • Availability: Available to work a 40-hour week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
