Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure the smooth running of our food service department, including the management of inventory, staff scheduling, and customer service.
Lead and Manage a TeamSupervise and train a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties to a high standard.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesRequisition and manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
Ensure Quality and Safety StandardsImplement and maintain high standards of quality and safety, ensuring that our food and service meet the expectations of our customers.
Manage Records and ReportingMaintain accurate records of stock, sales, and other relevant data, providing regular reports to management.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
Skills and AbilitiesExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Work EnvironmentOur food service department is a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing high-quality food and service to our customers. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
