Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Meat Department Supervisor to join our team. As a Meat Department Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the meat department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for the meat department team to ensure adequate coverage and minimize labor costs.
  • Prepare Reports: Generate reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise in the meat department.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that products are always available for customers.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the meat department team to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Availability: Must be available to start immediately.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Language and Work Hours
