About The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Meat Department Supervisor to join our team at The David Sullivan Group of Companies LTD.-IGA#016. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our meat department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient department operations
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, merchandising data, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
- Resolve customer complaints, supply chain issues, and other department-related concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize waste
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of meat department staff, providing guidance and support as needed
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail meat department or related field
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work on-site at our retail location
