At Oh Doughnuts, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor and manage staff performance, providing coaching and training as needed
  • Supervise and lead a team of 5-10 staff members
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
  • Address customer complaints and concerns, providing excellent customer service
  • Manage events and promotions, ensuring a positive brand image
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Point of sale system experience
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability and dependability
