Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Sushifang INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and cost control decisions
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres to provide expert recommendations to customers
