Restaurant Assistant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at HS Restaurant Holdings. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards of customer service and food quality.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Financial Management: Assist with financial tasks, including balancing cash and recording sales, to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
