Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager

BAR BURRITO MEXICAN GRILL is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations: Assist in managing the restaurant's daily operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Cash Handling: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Cost Control: Assist in controlling costs by monitoring inventory, labor, and other expenses.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Supervision: Supervise 1-10 staff members, depending on the restaurant's needs.
Requirements:
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.

Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction. Must be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
