Financial Services Specialist

Royal Bank of Canada is a leader in the financial industry, and we're seeking a talented Financial Services Specialist to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a career in wealth management, working with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the RoleWe're looking for a self-motivated and results-driven individual who can provide exceptional client service and support. As a Financial Services Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, creating customized investment plans, and managing their complex financial needs.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Foster trusted, long-term relationships with clients through personalized service and advice.
- Develop and implement comprehensive investment strategies that meet clients' goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other RBC teams to ensure clients receive seamless support across all aspects of their financial lives.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of outbound sales experience and a strong track record of success.
- Candidates must have completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or plan to do so prior to starting.
- Strong relationship-building skills and an ability to connect with diverse clients.
