**Job Summary**

The CMO will be responsible for leading strategic medical management activities, promoting patient flow and quality of care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership and direction to Program and Service Directors and Site Medical Managers
  • Ensuring Medical Staff awareness and compliance with Medical Staff By-laws, Rules, and Regulations
  • Collaborating with the Senior Management Team to provide advice on medical and clinical/community matters

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible management and leadership in medical and healthcare administration
  • Experience in process improvement methodologies such as LEAN
  • Medical degree and current license to practice medicine in the Province of Manitoba

**What We Offer**
