At JAI IT Solutions Inc., we are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective solutions to complex technical problems.
- Provide training and support to users on computer systems, software, and other technical tools.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and technical documentation.
- Participate in the design and implementation of new technical systems and processes.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members.
Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and technical tools.
