About the Role: The Registered Nurse will be accountable for assessing and planning resident needs, delivering skilled procedures, medication administration, and documentation in accordance with quality management, legislative requirements, and Sienna Senior Living standards.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize sound nursing practice principles to deliver excellent nursing and personal care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with residents or their substitute decision makers regarding their needs and preferences.
- Create, develop, and evaluate the plan of care with residents or their substitute decision makers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent.
- Current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario or the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives.
- Knowledgeable in nursing processes and trends in geriatric care.
- Compassionate and dedicated to supporting seniors.
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
- Demonstrated administrative and computer skills.

- Ability to set priorities and organize work based on patient needs.
- Proficiency in both official languages is an asset.
