Salary and Benefits
The estimated starting pay range for this role is $19.41 - $22.34 per hour. As a benefits-eligible employee, you will have access to a comprehensive package that includes health, dental, life insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. About the Role
This position is responsible for providing high-quality personal care and services to residents, supporting their Personally Designed Living choices while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices. The ideal candidate will possess caregiving experience, demonstrated competencies in person-directed, elder/resident-directed practice, home building, critical thinking, teamwork, self-leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness. They will be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate effectively with all customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and services to residents as needed
- Maintain accurate records of resident care and services provided
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that support resident goals and preferences
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements
