Auto Claims Adjuster

We are seeking a skilled Auto Claims Adjuster to join our team in Ontario, Canada. As an Auto Claims Adjuster, you will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle Auto claims by telephone and correspondence.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of technical experience in an insurance claims environment, knowledge of commercial lines, and a post-secondary education in an insurance-related field. They must be able to obtain an Ontario Adjusters Licence and possess advanced computer skills, including Office 365.

The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure accurate recording, reporting, and presentation of files, and work effectively with insureds, adjusters, clients, and other stakeholders.

This is a contract position typically 3-12 months in length, with the possibility of extension or permanent placement with the client.

Requirements
  • 2 years of technical experience in an insurance claims environment
  • Knowledge of commercial lines
  • Post-secondary education in an insurance-related field
  • Ability to obtain an Ontario Adjusters Licence
  • Advanced computer skills, including Office 365
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player with a strong commitment to quality and customer service
