Responsibilities

As a Solutions Manager at Dash Hudson, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic solutions.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer needs, and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Provide training and support to customers on the use of Dash Hudson's platform, ensuring they achieve maximum value from their investment.
  • Work closely with the Product team to gather feedback and insights from customers, and contribute to the development of new features and enhancements.
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction and adoption metrics, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer needs and behaviors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize customer needs.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience with virtual meetings and remote work.
  • Post-secondary education in business or a related field is an asset.
