Job Title: Solutions Manager

At Dash Hudson, we're seeking a skilled Solutions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customized solutions to meet the unique needs of our customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer needs and opportunities.
  • Provide expert-level support and guidance to customers on the effective use of our platform.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through strategic account planning and relationship-building.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform solution development and customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or solutions-focused capacity.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer-centricity.
