Senior Associate, Origination Client Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join our Technology Innovation Banking team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building, growing, and managing a portfolio of clients operating in the technology and innovation segment.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the technology and innovation segment, with a focus on generating business volumes and related revenues.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing them with tailored solutions and services to meet their business needs.
- Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide guidance and support to colleagues and clients on matters related to the technology and innovation segment.
- Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of client relationships, ensuring that they are profitable and aligned with the bank's risk appetite.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with colleagues across the bank to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met.
- Education: Undergraduate degree in business, economics, technology, sciences, or related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in business development, client relationship management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong business development and sales skills, with a focus on the technology and innovation segment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
