Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer incoming phone calls, determine the purpose of the calls, and transfer calls to the appropriate person or department
• Provide accurate information and assistance to visitors, clients, and employees
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image
• Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mails, packages, and deliveries
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room booking
• Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate person
• Adhere to security procedures by monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor badges
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Professional demeanor
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Willingness to work in an office environment 5 days a week
