Bennett Jones is a leading business law firm with a strong presence in Canada and New York. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team in Montreal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
- Manage the firm's switchboard, directing calls and taking messages accurately.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and hospitality requests using meeting room booking software.
- Ensure the reception area is maintained to a high standard.
- Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of computerized switchboard and meeting room booking software.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English, with a keen sense of professionalism.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Outlook, Word, and intranet.
- Ability to work as a team and possess good problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
